Quiet Area of Wilmington, Easy Access and ample parking. House is on a corner lot. This home has had a complete remodel just prior to becoming this Short term stay. There are 4 bedrooms all with very comfortable Queen beds. Downstairs has 2 spacious bedrooms that share 1 Full Bath. Bedroom #3 is also upstairs. Bedroom #4 upstairs has its own attached Full bath We use high quality linens, towels and pillows to to make the stay cushy. Hot Tub is located on the back Florida room, (we do require a waiver for those who want to use the hot tub). It is shared with the Basement unit. So either occupant has access from inside the house. Fenced back yard . Pets are permitted BUT ABSOLUTLEY no pets on beds or furniture. Failure to comply with this rule will incur additional fees for clean up. We offer discounts for stays > 7 days = 10% off and stays > 30 days = 20% off.
