This is basement apartment located in a cape cod style house. The upstairs is a completely separate with separated access. It has 1 large bedroom with a door and a large Living room. Sleeping arrangements are; Bedroom = 1 queen bed and 1 Twin Xl Living Room has a couch, futon, Extra bedding is in the closet in the Kitchen. An Extra Air Mattress is available on request.
