Quiet, Easy Access, 4 bedroom 2 bath. 4 very comfy queen beds. 3 bedrooms have TVs. We use high quality linens, towels and pillows to to make the stay cushy. This is a pet friendly home. Hot Tub (waiver required, Shared) Firepit and Grill Fenced back yard All guests must be registered 4 miles from World Equestrian Center for the horse fans.

THE SPACE Unit #1 includes the main and upper levels of a Cape Cod-style home. You'll have your own separate living space with 4 comfortable queen bedrooms. The basement is a completely separate rental (Unit #2), so guests may be staying there during your visit. When available, both units can also be rented together for groups wanting the entire property. BEDROOMS & COMFORT • 4 bedrooms with comfortable queen beds • 3 full bathrooms • Two spacious bedrooms on the main level sharing a full bath • Two additional bedrooms upstairs • One upstairs bedroom includes its own private full bath • Quality linens, towels, and pillows • Ample parking • Fenced backyard ♨️ SHARED HOT TUB WITH PRIVATE-USE PERIODS The hot tub is located in the rear Florida room and is shared between Unit #1 and the separate basement Unit #2. To give guests privacy while using the hot tub, each unit receives designated private-use periods. During your scheduled time, the hot tub is reserved for your unit. Unit #1 Hot Tub Schedule: • Monday: 4 PM–7 PM • Tuesday: 7 PM–10 PM • Wednesday: 4 PM–7 PM • Thursday: 7 PM–10 PM • Friday: 4 PM–7 PM • Saturday: 7 PM–11 PM • Sunday: 4 PM–7 PM Hot tub users are required to complete our hot tub waiver and follow the posted safety guidelines.
