This is basement apartment located in a cape cod style house. The upstairs is a completely separate with separated access. Apt has 1 large bedroom with a door and a large Living room. Sleeping arrangements are; Bedroom = 1 queen bed and 1 Twin Xl Living Room has a couch, futon, Extra bedding is in the closet in the Kitchen. An Extra Air Mattress is available on request. Full kitchen stocked cooking essentials Darts game Full bath walk in shower Private washer and dryer Absolutely no parties! Absolutely no Smoking in house! Per code requirements you must accurately disclose number of guests! Violation of these rules is subject to $500 fine
